Memory Items
For a number of years now I have been making bears out of items of clothing to act as lasting mementos of deceased relatives and friends.
Each bear is made with love, care and laughter at my home and the precious clothing is treated with care and respect. I try to incorporate as much of the clothes as I can to create a unique personal item that you can treasure.
I will usually meet with you to collect the clothes as I know how hard it would be to trust the postal service and I would do the same with the finished bears.
I do not charge for this service, you provide the clothing and I will do the rest for you. All I ask in exchange for this is a donation to my Just Giving Page where I raise money for the Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice – the only Hospice with In-Patient beds in the whole of Gloucestershire.
Other memory items are also possible, such as “something blue” made from clothing to have at a wedding or a brooch to wear at the funeral. Just message me to discuss.
I would always gain your permission before sharing images of your items publically.
