I know when we met up you asked what dad would want - and I answered ....he said he wanted it to be 'right'. He didn't and we couldn't quantify what 'right' really meant, but on reflection now I think that's what we did - the whole service and experience felt so 'right'.

Claire helped my brother and I through our mum’s funeral and wow what a service it was. Packed with people who loved her most. We laughed and we cried, mum would have loved it. Claire really took the time to talk to us about our mum and this was testament to the number of people who asked her if she knew mum after the service. Well you certainly did as you promised, and gave mum the perfect farewell. The number of people that came up to us after and said what an amazing service, and that they had never experienced a service like it. It was so warm, personal, and emotional, and they really felt the essence of her life.
Dad was so pleased it all went so smoothly, he said mum would have loved it, and although very sad, he enjoyed it all and meeting with friends and distant family afterwards.
We now look forward to a family Christmas when we will all be together, and I'm sure mum will be looking down raising a glass (or two!).
We can't thank you enough for all your input, support and empathy, and we wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy & Healthy New Year.

I just want to thank you for a wonderful service you put together for our son yesterday. The words, the music, the photos, and people’s tributes were perfectly put together. I believe there wasn’t a dry eye in the room throughout!! Thank you so much. We have had comments from family and friends across the Globe who watched the service, saying how lovely it all was.
You really made such a sad day an amazing day. The little touches from you and Elaine made me tingle and feel involved in saying our goodbyes to him. I had said to T that it was down to her to arrange his funeral, as his wife, but to also be a part of the process, not just as his Mum and Dad, meant a great deal to us.
